Church Trust was founded and is directed by Dr. Francis John Maguire, Ph.D.

Having seen an inordinate number of churches close over a period of years, he extracted the most salient sections of the U.S. Tax Code to create proprietary trust strategies that allowed people to direct the " religious capital " to their church, as opposed to Washington, D.C.

Many times our tax dollars are spent in a manner that offends our moral sensibilities; however, we must idly and grudgingly sit by, as we do not have much of an effective voice in their distribution.
